1. Agreement to Terms

All work is performed at customer locations. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or quotes.

3. Service Requests and Quotes

3.1 Requesting Services

Service requests may be submitted through our website, phone, or email. Providing accurate and complete information is essential for accurate quoting.

3.2 Quotations

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or additional requirements discovered during service delivery. We will communicate any significant variations before proceeding.

3.3 Acceptance

A quote is considered accepted when you provide written or verbal confirmation, or when work commences with your knowledge and consent.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Scheduling

We will work with you to schedule services at mutually convenient times. Appointments are subject to availability.

4.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in requirement of a deposit for future services.

4.3 Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Pricing will be as quoted unless changes are agreed upon in writing. Additional work requested during service delivery will be quoted separately.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

5.3 Late Payments

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection efforts. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project and site conditions
• Ensure the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians
• Provide necessary permissions and access to the property
• Ensure items to be installed or assembled are on-site and ready for work
• Inform us of any hazards, restrictions, or special conditions at the site
• Be available or have a representative available during service delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Country Installers, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Country Installers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

We may terminate or suspend services at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
